Personal and Professional Growth
A number of programs reflect Red Mountain Group's unique workplace and provide team members with opportunities to achieve their personal and professional goals.
The facilitators we work with include Nikki Nemerouf of Starquest, Dr. Joe Thigpen, and Productive Learning & Leisure.
Some of our trainings include the following:
Becoming Mentally Prepared for Extraordinary Performance by Nikki Nemerouf
In our study of extraordinary performers we have identified four characteristics they have in common contributing to their mental fitness: disciplined focus, accelerated learning, triggered state recovery and the "E" factor. These characteristics can be translated into a specific skill set that can be demonstrated, learned, practiced and incorporated. This training provides participants information and tools that may form the basis of a mental fitness program that can be practiced daily.
Teambuilding
We understand the value and challenge of working in teams, and we respect and encourage intellectual honesty and candid participation. Working in teams requires flexibility, appreciation and respect for others' views, courage to provide ideas and feedback, as well as the ability to make timely decisions and be mutually responsible for the outcome.
To master the dynamics of teamwork, leadership and support requires a diversity of skills and a variety of approaches. While participating in a variety of processes, individuals in this course face situations where they can study and develop the qualities that translate into improved communication, increased productivity and strong, clear leadership. With this personalized development program, you will learn and achieve outstanding results while working in a fun and exciting team environment.
Beyond Reasons
This is a personal development course to help you identify the thinking that is keeping you from having what you want in life.
How much are your reasons costing you? Every time you buy into why something is "just the way it is," or you join your friends in echoing the phrase, "you've got to pay your dues," you are making choices to live your life by fixed beliefs. You have the power to change your thinking patterns once you become aware of what they are.
You will learn how to identify unproductive thinking and behaviors; become aware of when you are making excuses that no longer serve you, and learn how to make better choices so you can have more of what you really want.
